At the core of our journey is the Blue Mind Theory - a belief supported by science that being near water enhances creativity, reduces stress, and brings clarity. Growing up beside the Scottish coastline, the ocean has always been our escape, our reset, and our greatest source of inspiration.

As we travelled the world, we sourced samples from top manufacturers across continents. Our journey began with our first supplier in Bali, Indonesia. We tested materials in Portugal and Italy, received samples in Bali via a Grab driver (if you know, you know), and refined designs while living on Australia’s Gold Coast. In the Philippines, we even spent a night in a remote beach hut - no phone service, no light pollution, just pure inspiration.
